“BINOPHONE” Promotion Rules

1. General Provisions

1.1. The “BINOPHONE” promotion (hereinafter referred to asthe “Promotion”) is held in order to promote the Binomo Trading Platform located on the website binomotop.com (hereinafter – “Binomo”, “Binomo Platform”).

1.2. Participants of the Promotion must be legally eligible individuals who are registered users of the Binomo Platform, who have not yet made the first Deposit to their Real Account, and indicated in their Personal Account on the Binomo Platform India as the country of their residence (hereinafter – “Participants”). 

1.3. By participating in the Promotion, the Participants fully accept and agree with its terms and conditions (hereinafter – the “Rules”).

1.4. Participation in the Promotion is free.

2. Information About The Organizer

2.1. The Promotion is organized by Dolphin Corp LLC, a company registered in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, LLC number 915 LLC 2021, whose office is located at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St.Vincent and the Grenadines, (hereinafter- the “Organizer”).

2.2. The Promotion Rules are published on the website https://blog.binomotop.com/binophone (hereinafter – the “Organizer’s Website”).

3. Promotion Period

3.1. The Promotion runs from November 22, 2024 till November 30, 2024 (hereinafter – the “Promotion Period”).

4. Terms And Conditions For Participation In The Promotion

4.1. For participating in the Promotion, the Participant has to:

– during the Promotion Period, make the first Deposit in their Real Account on the Binomo Platform in the amount of at least $12 or ₹1,000 (depending on the Participant’s Real Account currency); and

– when making the first Deposit, use the special promotional code BINOPHONE.

5. Promotion Prize Fund

5.1. The total Promotion prize fund consists of one (1) Iphone 16 pro 128 gb.

6. Procedure For Determining The Winner of the Promotion

6.1. The total number of winners of the Promotion is one (1) person.

6.2. The winner will be determined randomly using an automated computer program, a random number generator (randomizer) on December 6, 2024.

6.3. The results of determining the winner of the Promotion will be published on the Organizer’s Website no later than December 13, 2024.

7. Information On The Timing And Procedure For Receiving Prizes

7.1. The Organiser will notify the winner, using the contact information specified in their Personal Account on the Binomo Platform, of the conditions for receiving their prize, as well as the information that the winner must provide to the Organiser within five (5) calendar days from the date of receipt of notification from the Organiser to receive the prize.

7.2. If the winner does not inform the Organiser of their address, or any other information necessary for delivery of the prize, in accordance with paragraph 7.1 of the Rules, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel that Participant’s win and reduce the total number of winners of the Promotion accordingly.

7.3. The prize will be sent to the winner no later than January 15, 2025 at the address that the winner will have informed to the Organiser (paragraph 7.1 of the Rules).

7.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any consequences of any mistakes of the Participant, including (among other things) the Participant’s incorrect information provided by the Participant to the Organizer.

8. Additional Terms And Conditions

8.1. The Participant is entitled to take part in the Promotion only once. Registration of new accounts by previously registered users is not allowed, nor is other fraudulent action committed by users in order to participate in the Promotion.

8.2. The Organizer will not take into account the results of Participants who violated paragraph 8.1 of these Rules.

8.3. By performing implicative actions stipulated by paragraph 4.1 of these Rules, the Participant consents to the collection and processing by the Organizer of their personal data, including name, surname, ID on the Binomo Platform, contact and other data, address of residence, telephone number and other data. In addition, by performing implicative actions stipulated in paragraph 4.1 of these Rules, the Participant consents to the publication of their name and surname, ID on the Binomo Platform in Binomo channels, groups and communities in social networks and other materials of the Organizer. The Participant may withdraw their consent by sending a notice to the email address .

8.4. The Organizer is not responsible for:

• inability of the Participants to familiarize themselves with these Rules;
• failure of Participants to familiarize themselves with the list of winners of the Promotion;
• non-receipt/untimely receipt of information necessary to receive the prizes due to the Participants’ fault or due to the fault of communication organizations or other reasons beyond the Organizer’s control;
• failure to fulfill (untimely fulfillment) by the Participants of the Promotion of the obligations stipulated by these Rules;
• non-receipt of prizes by the winners by not claiming them or refusing from them;
• for any consequences of the Participant’s mistakes when participating in the Promotion.

8.5. The Organizer has the right to amend these Rules at any time by posting the relevant information on the Organizer’s Website. Persons interested in participating in the Promotion are obliged to independently control the updating of the Rules by checking the relevant changes on the Organizer’s Website.

8.6. The terms “Deposit”, “Personal Account”, and “Real Account” are understood as defined in the Client Agreement posted on the website at binomotop.com.
